How to download a calendar PNG
A calendar PNG is an image file — handy for dropping into a slide, posting in a group chat, or keeping on a phone's home screen. It is produced from the same preview as the PDF, so the design and layout match exactly.
How to download a calendar PNG sections

Save your calendar as a PNG
- Finish the calendar in the preview: date, paper size, orientation and design.
- Press Download PNG above the preview. The button shows "Downloading PNG..." while the image is created.
- The file lands in your browser's downloads like any other image.
When to pick PNG instead of PDF
- You need a picture of the calendar, not a printable page — slides, websites, messages.
- You want to view it on a screen without a PDF reader.
Tips
- PNG is sized for the chosen paper, so it also prints — but for paper, the calendar PDF is the better file: sharper text and correct margins.
- PNG export becomes available once the preview has loaded. If the button is greyed out, give the preview a moment.
Mini-FAQ
- Can I get a JPG?
- Not currently. PNG covers image export; use PDF for printing.
