How to print a calendar without cutting off edges
When a calendar's outer rows or columns get sliced off, the cause is nearly always the paper size or the print scale — not the calendar. Fix it in under a minute.

Stop the edges from clipping
- Match the paper size. In the generator's Layout tab, set Paper size to the paper actually in the printer: A4, A3, Legal or US Letter. Printing an A4 layout onto US Letter (or the reverse) forces the printer to crop or shrink the page.
- Print at 100% scale. In the browser print dialog, choose 100% or "Default". "Fit to page" rescales the sheet and can trim the outer frame or shift the grid.
- Match the orientation. Portrait paper needs the Portrait setting in both places; the same goes for Landscape.
- Check the print preview before pressing Print. The whole outer border should be visible with an even margin.
Tips
- If your printer has hardware margins that always clip, pick a design with hairline borders and open cells rather than a heavy full-page frame — the Ink Saver set is built for this.
- Still clipping? Print to PDF from the dialog and check the PDF. If the PDF is complete, the printer settings are the culprit.
Mini-FAQ
- The right edge always cuts off the last column.
- The generator's paper size and the printer's paper disagree, or the dialog is set to a custom scale. Fix those two and the column returns.
