How to print a calendar
Printing is the most direct way to get your calendar. The generator uses your browser's print dialog with a print stylesheet that hides every control, so the paper shows only the calendar.
How to print a calendar sections

Print your calendar
- Set up the calendar: Calendar format, Date, Paper size, Orientation and a design you like.
- Look at the live preview. It is the same surface that prints — if it looks good there, it will look good on paper.
- Press the Print button above the preview, or use your browser's File → Print menu.
- In the print dialog, set the paper size and orientation to match your Page setup choices, and leave the scale at 100% (or "Default").
- Print. The output contains only the calendar — no buttons, menus, ads or page furniture.
Tips
- If the layout looks tight in the print preview, switch orientation, hide the notes area, or pick a different design before printing.
- The big Expand calendar preview button in the preview's corner opens the calendar full screen — handy for a final check before printing.
Mini-FAQ
- Why does my printout look different from the preview?
- Almost always a paper-size mismatch. Set both the generator's Paper size and the print dialog's paper to the same size.
