A calendar PDF is the most portable output: it opens anywhere, prints at exactly the size you chose, and can be shared as a file. PDFs here are generated inside your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.
How to download a calendar PDF sections
Download your calendar as a PDF
- Set up the calendar the way you want it: format, date, Paper size, Orientation, week start, design and any style edits. The PDF copies the preview exactly.
- Press Download PDF above the preview. The button shows "Generating PDF..." while the file is built.
- Your browser saves the file with its normal download flow. If nothing seems to happen, check the address bar for a blocked-download icon and allow downloads for this site.
- Open the PDF and check it before printing — it should look identical to the preview.
Tips
- If the calendar does not fit cleanly on one page, the generator warns you before creating the PDF. Shrink the notes area, change orientation, or pick a compact design and try again.
- No PDF? Print is the fallback: choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
